At SYB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your SYB account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
